Overview

Ordinary and inconspicuous high-school girl Rana Yamada suddenly has her life turned upside down when a classmate uploads a video of her without permission. Her voice in the video sounds almost exactly like that of superstar voice actress Shion Kagesa. The video goes viral, and before long Shion's manager approaches Rana, with Shion herself appearing over a call. Then comes an unbelievable request: “Will you switch places with me?” Although Rana is bewildered by the idea of becoming a substitute voice actress, she is also thrilled that someone finally needs her voice.
