Hemo

Overview

Hemo is a farmer who struggles to make a living by clinging to the land. His days are spent in the fields, among the animals, in a land still bearing the scars of war. But one day, an unexpected offer shakes his world: he is asked to act in a film as an enemy character he encountered years ago during the 2015 Kobani resistance. Caught between the concrete reality of village life and the responsibilities of the film set, Hemo embarks on an inner journey confronting memory, identity, and survival.
