The Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad traverses forty-five miles of the most rugged and beautiful country in North America. It attracts hundreds of thousands of riders annually and has often served as a Hollywood movie set. This program begins with a tour of the roundhouse, shops, and turntable as classic D&RGW steam locomotives are readied for their runs. Enjoy a front-row seat to this incredible scenic line from the cab of a former White Pass and Yukon diesel.
