Overview
Norma, a Rarámuri woman, remembers Sinówi Bawí (the water serpent), who gave life to the rivers, streams, and lakes of the Sierra Tarahumara. Hearing the echo of the serpent's voice brings back memories of her childhood playing with her friends in the river. A distant past that contrasts with the drought her community and the world face today.
