Boulder, Colorado is the endurance sports capital of North America. High altitude, diverse terrain, and a rich sporting community make this small town in the Rocky Mountains a cycling Mecca. Ex-pro roadie turned gravel racer, Ruth Edwards, takes us on a tour around her adopted hometown. She shows us her old training roads, favourite trails, and best places to hang out and soak up the natural beauty that surrounds the city. Through some of the biggest names in the Boulder cycling scene, Ruth learns more about what makes the area so great for training and living as an athlete. She’ll meet another ex-national champion turned gravelleur Alex Howes, local legend Allen Lim, and Olympic gold medallist Connie Carpenter-Phinney to talk about the history of bike riding in Boulder, how it’s changed, and what makes it so appealing to professionals and amateurs alike.
