Overview
Teruko has lived with her grandmother and mother for three generations in an apartment complex in the countryside. After graduating from high school, he spent his days working with his mother at a local supermarket, but when the housing complex was demolished, he decided to go to university in Tokyo. One day, Teruko receives a sudden call from her long-lost father. Teruko says goodbye to this town, and her mother and grandmother move into her new home. As the day of eviction draws near, the rift between three generations of mother and daughter grows day by day.
