Overview

Ever since Mako Unohana's father walked out on her, she has been struggling to survive, forever wishing that someone would just love her. Luckily, she has youthful charm and knows exactly how to play men—which makes endearing herself to an older, wealthy man an ideal way for her to get money and fancy meals. However, on one such outing, a stranger suddenly appears and shoots Mako's sugar daddy—then turns his weapon on her. Out of options or arguments to keep her life, Mako blurts out her promise of a movie date with someone the following week, never expecting it to matter. But the assassin, En Binroji, happens to be the very man whose date invitation she accepted.
