Overview

In Japan, omegas, a rare sexual variation that periodically goes into heat, are treated only slightly better than animals and often find themselves in conditions of sexual slavery. Toushirou is one such omega. Since his mother's death, he has been forced to serve both the guests and staff of Asai Mercantile. However, that all changes when he is transferred to the service of Alex, a diplomat from Nyartig. Alex is like nobody Toushirou has met before. Firstly, he is a Nyartigian, a type of beast folk with feline characteristics. Furthermore, he believes that omegas should be considered a protected class like they are in Europe, and treats Toushirou as his intellectual equal.
