Overview
The miniature yet equally troublesome versions of Ikebukuro's residents run amok. However, instead of engaging in deadly schemes, everyone is gathering to organize a laid-back summer festival! Ikebukuro's strongest man is running a chocolate banana stand, the feared Black Rider dresses in a cute yukata, and even the infamous information broker is unknowingly helping everything go smoothly.
