C3 is an Evangelical church that opened in Toronto in 2013, quickly amassing a large following amongst the city’s young, hip and tattooed. #BLESSED offers an intimate look inside this fast-growing millennial church and follows the process of selling salvation in the 21st century as Pastor Sam and his team grow the church from two locations to three, living out their mission to save as many Torontonian souls as possible.

In this documentary, we follow five children who are threatened with deportation or have already been deported due to a broken children's pardon system. There are 400 other children in the Netherlands in the same situation. These are children of migrants/refugees who were born here or have lived here for more than five years. They suffer proven psychological damage if they are deported to their country of origin (or that of their parents). Therefore: a Children's Pardon that does work.

Twelve young filmmakers made this the guiding principle of the featured documentary film.
