"Wish" is about 28-year-old Shuichiro Kudo, a doctor who stumbles across Kohaku, one of God's angels. When he inadvertently saves their life from one of the devil's servants, Kohaku decides to grant him a wish to repay him for his kindness. However, upon discovering that Shuichiro has no wish, Kohaku devotes themself to him, vowing to serve him until he has a wish that they can grant. Six Gravity and Procellarum, Tsukino Talent Productions' best male idol groups, are preparing for this year's edition of the Full Moon Festival. He then announces that Schwarz Rose and Edel Rose will be competing with each other. While everyone is preparing for PRISM.1, Yukinojo is torn between being in kabuki and the Prism Show.
