When Santa mistakes the doodle on a girl's list for a holiday wish, she wakes up on Christmas morning to find an unusual new friend under the tree.

Just as Christmas in Hollywood is starting to look glum, three darling pets discover an opportunity to make some extra money by entering a singing contest. Cuz, Dude and Rosie must battle the streets of Hollywood to make their way to the contest, in hopes of winning the $1,000 first prize.

An ironic animated cartoon about how a foolish Leopard searched for a home. All the animals in the forest have a shelter where they can hide from bad weather — each of them has a house. Only the Leopard had not acquired a dwelling; his cubs get wet in the rain, and his wife sends him off to find a home. In his search for shelter, the foolish Leopard ends up in absurd and funny situations until he realizes that a home must be built by oneself, not taken from someone else.

A flea befriends a horsefly, who has hooves like those of a horse, and rides the horsefly into the hair of a dog. The flea chops down strands of the dog's hair to use as "logs" with which to build a cabin, unaware that the dog's coat is the sacred territory of a tribe of Indian fleas, who declare war on the interlopers. The Indians capture and are about to burn the flea and the horsefly when the dog jolts in pain from the fire. The flea and the horsefly free themselves and flee the Indians through the hairs on the dog's carcass.

Sugarfoot, the faithful old plow-horse, fearing his days and place on the farm are numbered since his master had purchased a tractor, destroys it. The farmer is outraged and banishes Sugarfoot from the farm. Sugarfoot is determined to make the money needed to buy his master a new tractor, and he becomes a movie-double for a screen Wonder Horse of the Movies, and makes enough money to buy a new tractor. The farmer forgives him and, as a reward, takes him to the movies, where Sugarfoot sees the star-horse getting all the credit for all of Sugarfoot's stunt-doubling.

Popeye's ship is destroyed, but after his spinach, he manages to turn out a ship every 5 seconds or so, launching an entire fleet for the war effort.
